Kieler Sanitary District #1

About Us

The Kieler Sanitary District #1 serves the town of Kieler, WI. We have a total of 381 active accounts. The total of residential accounts is currently 348 and growing (this includes 11 SEWER ONLY accounts).

We have a total of 33 commercial, industrial and public authority accounts (this includes 11 SEWER ONLY accounts).

Our main responsibility is to work in conjunction with the Wisconsin DNR and Public Service Commission to provide a safe and efficient water and sewer delivery service for District #1.

We also provide payment for the street lighting in Kieler.

The Kieler Sanitary District is independently funded from the Town of Jamestown. Our revenue is generated by receipts for services and tax levy (if needed).

There are 5 members of the Board and members are selected by the Town of Jamestown Board.

The Board meets monthly (third Wednesday) at the Town of Jamestown town hall and also for “special” meetings as needed.
